Amends the definition of "employee" in Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-362 to clarify that an employee is any person employed by an employer "for wages," excluding persons employed by parents, siblings, or those performing casual babysitting services.

Repeals the prior version of section 23-362 that was amended by Laws 1997, chapter 51, section 1, replacing it with the updated definition from 2006 Proposition 202, section 2.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for the amended statute to become effective, per Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
