Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1502 regarding criminal trespass in the third degree.

Allows law enforcement officers to request that a person leave private property on behalf of the property owner or person with lawful control over the property.

Specifies that a request to leave made by a law enforcement officer acting at the owner's request has the same legal effect as a request made directly by the property owner.

Maintains criminal trespass in the third degree as a class 3 misdemeanor offense.
