Mandates publication of graduation completion rates and starting salary ranges of graduates aggregated by major fields of study.

Requires disclosure of faculty-to-student ratios, including the ratio of teaching professors to undergraduate students and the ratio of teaching professors plus graduate teaching students to undergraduate students.

Mandates publication of ratios for nonteaching staff, administrators, management personnel, nonmanagement staff, and total employees to undergraduate students.

Requires publication of the ratio of undergraduate withdrawals without a degree or certificate to total enrolled undergraduates.
