Adds volunteer sheriff's posse members as eligible employees under Arizona workers' compensation law if they are in good standing with the sheriff's office and authorized to carry a weapon.

Covers volunteer posse members who are killed or injured while performing authorized duties including transporting prisoners or victims, conducting traffic control, securing crime scenes, assisting deputies, or participating in search and rescue missions.

Repeals previous language that excluded sheriff's posse members from workers' compensation coverage except during search and rescue missions.

Effective December 31, 2013.
