Requires Arizona Board of Regents to adopt rules awarding 30 equivalent credit hours in military history to veterans and active duty military personnel meeting specified service requirements.

Eligible recipients include those with at least six years of active duty service, those who served during a war or conflict, currently active duty personnel who served during a war or conflict, and those with combat experience in a foreign country.

Credit award requires verification by the Department of Veterans' Services before a university recognizes and awards the military history credits.

Applies to veterans of the United States Armed Forces and active duty personnel who enroll in any university under the Arizona Board of Regents' jurisdiction.
