Adds new paragraph 11 to Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1204 establishing aggravated assault charges when a non-student enters educational institution grounds with intent to commit assault and then commits the assault.

Classifies the new offense under paragraph 11 as a class 4 felony, same as aggravated assault charges under paragraph 3.

Defines "educational institution" by reference to section 13-2911 for purposes of the new provision.

Applies to individuals who are not students at the educational institution where the assault occurs.
