Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-771 regarding unemployment insurance eligibility requirements.

Prohibits the Department of Employment from presuming that an individual attending school as a full-time student is unavailable for work or disqualifying them from receiving unemployment benefits based solely on their student status.

Makes technical corrections to existing unemployment eligibility language, including updating outdated phrasing and terminology in qualification requirements.

Maintains all other existing unemployment eligibility criteria related to work registration, benefit claims, ability to work, job search requirements, and wage history.
