AZ SB1415

Adds section 12-119.06 to Arizona Revised Statutes establishing requirements for practicing law in Arizona.

Requires a person to pass the bar examination administered by the committee on examinations of the state bar.

Requires a person to be recommended to the supreme court for admission to the state bar by the committee on character and fitness.

Prohibits the committee on character and fitness from refusing to recommend a person for admission solely because the person is not a law school graduate.
