Allows pharmacists to substitute interchangeable biosimilar products for prescribed biological products if the FDA has determined they are interchangeable and the prescriber has not indicated otherwise.

Requires pharmacists to notify patients in writing and orally of biosimilar substitutions and notify the prescriber in writing or electronically within 72 hours with the product name and manufacturer.

Requires pharmacies to maintain records of biosimilar substitutions for at least seven years and to label containers with the substituted biosimilar product name followed by "substituted for" and the original brand name.

Directs the State Board of Pharmacy to maintain a public website list of interchangeable biosimilar products available for substitution.

Amends workers' compensation fee schedules to reference the biological product substitution requirements in the pharmacy law.
