Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-108 to clarify marijuana prohibitions on educational campuses.

Maintains existing prohibition on marijuana possession or use by cardholders on public university, college, community college, and postsecondary institution campuses.

Creates exception allowing medical research projects involving marijuana on postsecondary campuses when authorized by federal approvals including the FDA, DEA, and National Institutes on Drug Abuse, and approved by the institution's review board.

Maintains prohibition on marijuana possession or use on high school, junior high school, middle school, common school, and preschool campuses.
