Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 14-5107 to correct grammatical language regarding military members who are parents or guardians.

Changes "have" to "has" in reference to powers a parent or guardian possesses regarding care, custody, or property of a minor child or ward.

Allows military members to delegate parental or guardian powers to another person for up to one year, excluding the power to consent to marriage or adoption.

Defines "military member" as an active duty member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines, or a reserve or National Guard member engaged in official duties under Title 10 or 32 of United States Code.
