Adds persons authorized by court to supervise parenting time to the mandatory reporters of child abuse under section 13-3620, requiring them to report suspected abuse, neglect, or reportable offenses involving minors.

Requires courts ordering supervised parenting time to mandate that persons supervising parenting time for compensation possess a valid fingerprint clearance card issued under section 41-1758.07.

Applies fingerprint clearance card requirement to supervised parenting time ordered under sections 25-403.02 (parenting plans), 25-403.03 (domestic violence cases), 25-403.04 (substance abuse cases), 25-410 (judicial supervision), and 25-411 (modification of custody orders).

Adds section 25-403.03 to the list of statutes requiring fingerprint clearance cards under sections 41-619.51 and 41-1758, establishing parenting time supervisors as a category of persons subject to fingerprinting requirements.
