Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3620 to add an exemption from mandatory abuse reporting requirements when a minor of elementary school age suffers physical injury during typical playground activity that is reported to the child's legal parent or guardian.

Modifies reporting requirements for domestic violence victim advocates by changing "advocate" to "advocates" in the list of persons required to report suspected abuse or neglect.

Clarifies that surreptitious photographing, videotaping, filming or digitally recording of a minor under section 13-3019 constitutes a "reportable offense" requiring mandatory reporting.

Allows school boards to expunge prior reports from student school files made before the effective date of this act involving playground injuries to elementary school age children that were reported to parents or guardians.

Maintains existing penalties for violation of mandatory reporting duties, including class 1 misdemeanor classification for general failures to report and class 6 felony for failures to report a reportable offense.
