Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3102 to expand the definition of "school" to include community colleges under community college district jurisdiction and universities under Arizona Board of Regents jurisdiction.

Extends the prohibition on possessing deadly weapons on school grounds to apply to college and university campuses, making violations a class 1 misdemeanor unless connected to specific serious crimes, in which case it becomes a class 6 felony.

Maintains existing exemptions for firearms used in school-approved programs, law enforcement officers, military personnel, and those with certificates of firearms proficiency authorized under federal law.
