Amends annual reporting requirements for community college districts to disaggregate nonresident student data by county of residence (for in-state students) and by state of residence (for out-of-state students).

Removes the requirement that county school superintendents certify student residency to community college district boards and boards of supervisors.

Repeals subsection D of section 15-1802.01 that required individuals domiciled in this state but outside a community college district to sign a notarized statement confirming at least 50 days of county residency before the first day of classes.

Makes grammatical corrections, including changing "curriculums" to "curricula" and updating pronoun usage in statutory text.
