AZ HB2006

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-506.01 regarding denial, suspension, revocation or change of license for child welfare agencies.

Adds the word "to" in the provision requiring written notice of suspension or proposed denial/revocation be given to the applicant or license holder.

Maintains existing procedures allowing applicants or license holders to request a hearing within twenty days of receiving written notice of proposed denial, revocation, suspension or change in license status.

Preserves the right to subpoena witnesses, present testimony and confront witnesses at hearings, which must be held within ten days of the request.
