AZ HB2007

Adds new subsection I requiring day program and employment service providers to undergo mandatory monitoring by the department at least every six months for health, safety, contractual, programmatic and quality assurance standards, with annual monitoring if deemed status is granted.

Authorizes department employees to enter service provider premises at any reasonable time to determine compliance with programmatic, contractual and quality assurance requirements.

Renumbers existing subsections I through Q as J through R to accommodate the new day program monitoring requirements.

Maintains existing requirements for residential care service monitoring, complaint investigations, facility inspections, and reporting to the department of health services for group home health and safety complaints.
