Changes "When" to "IF" at the beginning of the statute to correct grammatical structure.

Changes "such decree shall have" to "the decree has" to update outdated statutory language.

Clarifies that parental termination decrees from other states have the same legal force and effect in Arizona as decrees granted by Arizona courts.
