Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-810 regarding notification procedures for missing children.

Requires child protective services to notify law enforcement when a child is at risk of serious harm and their location is unknown.

Mandates law enforcement immediately enter child and custodian information into the Arizona Crime Information Center and National Crime Information Center missing person databases.

Makes technical corrections to the statutory language by changing "parent, guardian, custodian or person of interest" to "parent, guardian, or custodian or a person of interest."
