Repeals section 41-3014.01 of the Arizona Revised Statutes effective retroactively to July 1, 2014.

Adds section 41-3024.01 to establish termination dates for the Arizona Historical Society, with the society terminating on July 1, 2024 and related statutory authority repealing on January 1, 2025.

Continues the Arizona Historical Society to enable it to purchase, receive, hold, lease and sell property for the benefit of the state and the society's use, pursuant to section 41-2955, subsection B.
