Repeals section 41-3014.11 of Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2014.

Adds section 41-3022.22 to establish termination dates for the state board of funeral directors and embalmers on July 1, 2022.

Repeals Title 32, chapter 12 (funeral regulation statutes) on January 1, 2023.

Continues the state board of funeral directors and embalmers to regulate funeral establishments and the practice of funeral directing and embalming while protecting consumers from financial harm.
