Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1962 to prohibit manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, or giving away any new drug or device unless it complies with federal law.

Repeals the exemption that previously allowed laetrile (amygdalin), also known as vitamin B-17, to be sold as a nutritional supplement derived from fruit seeds like apricots, peaches, and plums.

Repeals Title 36, Chapter 26 of Arizona Revised Statutes in its entirety.
