Amends Section 23-1062 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding medical and hospital benefits in workers' compensation cases.

Grants injured employees the right to select the pharmacy or pharmacist for dispensing and filling prescriptions for required medicines, subject to the fee schedule in Section 23-908.

Exempts self-insured employers and employers participating in self-insurance pools from the employee pharmacy choice requirement.

Maintains existing requirements that compensation payments begin no later than the 21st day after claim filing, with regular bi-weekly or monthly payments during disability periods.

Allows compensation to be paid by negotiable instrument, electronic fund transfer, or prepaid debit card at the employee's election if offered by the employer or carrier.
