Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-212 regarding the disincorporation process for incorporated cities and towns.

Changes "Thereupon" to "The board shall immediately" for clarity in describing the board's obligation to publish notice of a disincorporation petition.

Replaces "which" with "that" and "upon" with "on" as technical grammatical corrections to the statutory language.

Maintains existing requirements that the board of supervisors publish notice containing the full petition text and designate a time and place for qualified electors and property taxpayers to vote on the disincorporation question.

Preserves alternative notice procedures requiring posting in three public places for at least thirty days if no weekly newspaper is published within the corporation.
