Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-907 to add provisions allowing judges to seal records when setting aside a conviction upon request and showing of good cause.

Prohibits state agencies and political subdivisions from knowingly displaying or disclosing information from sealed conviction records on public websites or in response to public records requests.

Allows individuals with sealed records to request removal of sealed conviction information from public disclosure by state agencies and political subdivisions.

Maintains existing exceptions to conviction set-aside eligibility, including dangerous offenses, sex offenses, crimes with minor victims under 15 years old, and certain traffic violations.
