Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 11-445 relating to constables' fees and work log requirements.

Requires constables to maintain a log of work-related activities including processes served, attempted services by case number, plaintiff and defendant names, person-to-person service information, service dates, and daily mileage.

Designates constables' work logs as public records that must be made available at the constable's office during regular business hours.

Removes the requirement that constables file monthly copies of their work logs with the justice court clerk and board of supervisors clerk.
