Adds a new privileged communication protection in Arizona law (A.R.S. § 12-2240) for labor representatives and employees during grievance proceedings.

Protects communications between labor representatives and employees from being examined in civil actions when made during the course of representing an employee in a grievance process.

Defines "employee" as a member of a collective bargaining unit with a labor organization contract.

Defines "grievance process" as the process established by a labor agreement to address complaints that an employer violated the agreement.

Defines "labor representative" as a member of a labor organization or any other person retained by a labor organization to represent an employee in a grievance process.
