Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-302 to add a representative of a tribal government to the state transportation board.

The tribal representative is added as a third category of board member, separate from the existing representation based on transportation district population.

The tribal member is exempt from the five-year residency and taxpayer requirement that applies to other board members representing transportation districts.

The governor appoints all board members, including the tribal representative, for six-year terms that expire on the third Monday in January.

The tribal representative position establishes formal tribal government participation in state transportation policy and planning decisions.
