Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-558 regarding student-school contracts at private cosmetology schools.

Requires private schools to execute contracts between themselves and students in duplicate form, with the contract form approved by the board.

Contracts must be signed by a school official and the student, or by the parent/guardian if the student is under 18 years of age.

Schools must provide a fully executed copy of the contract to the student and retain the original copy on file.
