Amends A.R.S. § 32-146 regarding malpractice claim review procedures for architects, assayers, engineers, geologists, home inspectors, landscape architects and surveyors.

Corrects grammatical error in subsection B(3) by changing "names and addresses" to "name and address" (singular form) for consistency with the requirement to list each registrant providing services.

Replaces the term "promulgated" with "adopted" in subsection D when referring to board rules under the chapter.

Maintains existing requirements that plaintiffs' attorneys file malpractice complaints and reports with the board containing defendant/plaintiff names, addresses, and nature of the occurrence.

Preserves provisions that board reports are not discoverable or admissible as evidence and that the board must investigate to determine if a registrant violated chapter provisions.
