Corrects a reference in the statute from "department of health services" to "department of public safety" regarding rules for analyzing blood or bodily substances for alcohol concentration.

Maintains the director of the department of public safety's authority to adopt rules for approving analysis methods and issuing permits to qualified analysts.

Allows the director to revoke an analyst's permit for demonstrating inability to accurately analyze blood samples or failing to follow adopted rules.
