Repeals section 41-3014.16, Arizona Revised Statutes, and adds section 41-3016.17 to establish a new termination date for the Arizona public safety communications advisory commission.

Terminates the Arizona public safety communications advisory commission on July 1, 2016, and repeals title 41, chapter 32, article 4 on January 1, 2017.

Requires the commission to submit a progress report by June 30, 2015 to the senate public safety and house public safety, military and regulatory affairs committees regarding implementation of committee recommendations.

Requires the commission to provide copies of the report to the joint legislative audit committee and the secretary of state.

Sections 1 and 2 are effective retroactively to July 1, 2014.
