Amends section 15-341 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding school district governing board powers and duties by adding a new requirement for academic interventions.

Mandates school districts provide academic interventions to listed pupils until their grade-point average exceeds 2.0, with interventions determined by the governing board and potentially including tutoring, additional class time, or subject-specific specialist sessions.

Applies only if funding is available and allows governing boards discretion in selecting appropriate intervention methods for struggling students.
