Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 5-382 to add new requirements for distribution of state lake improvement fund (SLIF) monies.

Establishes that SLIF monies must be dedicated annually by the Arizona state parks board for specified uses, which may include distributions to the Arizona game and fish commission.

Requires SLIF monies to be distributed at least annually to county boards of supervisors or governing bodies of cities or towns (or both) to fund projects on waters where gasoline-powered boats are permitted.

Makes this new annual distribution requirement subject to existing provisions in subsection F of the statute, clarifying the board's authority over fund allocation.
