Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-226 regarding nonpartisan elections and procedures for calling such elections.

Requires nonpartisan elections to be called no later than 120 days before the election date.

Changes the definition of "nonpartisan" to refer to elections held by special districts established under Title 48 that are not held concurrently with the general election.

Makes a technical correction by replacing the word "chapter" with "article" in the statutory language.
