Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2204 regarding the offense of defrauding secured creditors.

Renumbers subsection designations by changing subsection C to subsection B and subsection B to subsection C for organizational clarity.

Maintains the definition that defrauding secured creditors occurs when a person knowingly destroys, removes, conceals, encumbers, converts, sells, obtains, transfers, controls or otherwise deals with property subject to a security interest with intent to hinder enforcement of that interest.

Preserves the classification of defrauding secured creditors as a class 6 felony.

Clarifies that "control" for purposes of this statute has the same meaning as prescribed in section 13-1801 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.
