Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-116 regarding double punishment provisions.

Changes "which" to "that" in reference to acts or omissions that can be punished under different statutory sections.

Changes "require" to "requires" for grammatical agreement with the constitutional reference.

Maintains the existing rule that acts punishable under multiple statutes may result in concurrent sentences only, and that acquittal or conviction under one bars prosecution under another to the extent required by federal or state constitutions.
