Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 20-1679 concerning cancellation or nonrenewal of commercial insurance policies.

Changes the effective date reference in the statute from "the effective date of this article" to the specific date of "May 21, 1986."

Applies only to commercial insurance policies with coverage effective dates after May 21, 1986.

Constitutes a technical correction to clarify the application date of the commercial insurance cancellation and nonrenewal provisions.
