Establishes state regulatory framework for commercial trampoline courts requiring registration with the Department of Director, with registration fees determined by the director and annual renewal required.

Mandates trampoline court owners/operators maintain at least $1 million in liability insurance and obtain annual inspections certifying compliance with American Society for Testing and Materials standards.

Requires owners/operators to maintain and provide to the department records of inspections, insurance certificates, emergency responder service calls, maintenance, and equipment repairs for at least two years.

Establishes state preemption over trampoline court regulation, prohibiting counties, cities, towns, or other political subdivisions from further regulating these facilities.

Exempts playgrounds operated by schools or local government, inflatable rides, ball crawls, physical rehabilitation facilities, and gymnastics training facilities that derive majority revenue from supervised instruction.
