Increases the real estate advisory board from nine to ten members by adding one additional residential real estate broker specializing in multifamily residential properties.

Changes the residential real estate broker requirement from two members to three members total: two engaged in residential real estate brokerage and one engaged in multifamily residential real estate brokerage for the five years preceding appointment.

Reduces public members on the board from three to two members who are unrelated within the third degree of consanguinity or affinity to any licensed broker or salesperson in Arizona.

Defines "multifamily residential real estate brokerage" as a business managing at least three apartment communities with a combined total of at least one thousand residential rental units.

Allows existing board members appointed under the previous law to continue serving until their current terms expire.
