Amends Arizona law to allow persons eligible for service in the Arizona state guard to privately purchase firearms and equipment suitable for maintaining proficiency of arms, including semiautomatic handguns, shotguns, and rifles with standard military or law enforcement magazine capacities.

Defines "particularly suited firearm or equipment" to include semiautomatic weapons with various attachments such as flash-hiding devices, pistol grips, vertical foregrips, detachable magazines, collapsible stocks, and aiming systems that are in use by U.S. armed forces or Arizona law enforcement.

Permits state guard-eligible persons to lawfully keep, maintain, use, and transport such firearms and equipment within Arizona in accordance with all other applicable laws.

Allows purchase of full-capacity magazines, ammunition-feeding devices, and sufficient ammunition quantities necessary to maintain proficiency and ready supply if the state guard is established.

Modifies existing Arizona statute on manufactured firearms to clarify that firearms designed to shoot automatically more than one shot without manual reloading by a single trigger function are excluded from intrastate commerce exemptions.
