Amends Arizona law to create a new class 6 felony for discharging a firearm with criminal negligence while having a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or higher.

Authorizes law enforcement officers with reasonable suspicion to require blood, breath, or urine testing to determine blood alcohol concentration, using procedures specified in sections 28-1322 through 28-1388.

Establishes a five-year waiting period before persons convicted under section 13-3107 (unlawful firearm discharge) can apply to restore their right to possess or carry a firearm, compared to shorter periods for other felonies.

Makes grammatical corrections replacing "which" with "that" and updating pronoun references throughout sections 13-905 and 13-906 related to civil rights restoration.
