Prohibits authorized third parties and persons conducting secondary motor vehicle finance transactions from operating within the same office space under Arizona law.

Adds section 28-5112 to Title 28, Chapter 13, Article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes to enforce this prohibition.

Adds section 44-292 to Title 44, Chapter 2.1, Article 1 of the Arizona Revised Statutes with identical prohibitory language.
