Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2301 to add animal fighting and cockfighting to the definition of "racketeering" under organized crime laws.

Adds animal fighting or cockfighting as a qualifying predicate act (item xxxi) that can constitute racketeering when committed for financial gain as part of a criminal enterprise.

Expands the scope of organized crime statutes to include those involved in illegal animal fighting operations by treating such activities as racketeering offenses.

Makes animal fighting and cockfighting prosecutable under Arizona's racketeering and organized crime statutes (sections 13-2312 through 13-2315), allowing for enhanced penalties and civil remedies.
