Amends Arizona law to increase civil damages for financial exploitation of vulnerable adults from two times actual damages to three times actual damages.

Applies to persons in positions of trust and confidence who misuse vulnerable adult assets in violation of section 46-456 or section 13-1802(B).

Maintains existing exceptions allowing asset use for court-approved transactions, durable power of attorney, Medicaid eligibility, and spousal marital community interests.

Preserves existing remedies including forfeiture of governing instrument interests, revocation of dispositions, and severance of joint property ownership.

Does not apply to licensed financial institutions, securities dealers, insurers, or health care providers acting within their professional scope.
