State Board of Education must annually publish lists of academic skills pupils should possess to enter each grade level and skills they should acquire by the end of each grade level, including kindergarten.

Academic skills lists must be provided to school districts and charter schools, posted prominently at each school site, and posted on the Department of Education website.

School districts and charter schools must notify parents and guardians of these requirements and provide copies of the lists upon request.

Arizona Board of Regents must annually publish lists of academic skills and prerequisite courses required for admission to community colleges and universities, and for admission into specific postsecondary programs of study.

University and community college lists must be posted on the Arizona Board of Regents website and at each campus, with institutions required to notify students and provide copies upon request.
