Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1121 to clarify exemptions from contractor licensing requirements.

Adds new subsection E stating that if a licensed contractor works on a project that qualifies for exemption under the handyman exemptions (paragraphs 4, 9, or 14), the registrar shall not regulate that contractor for that specific project.

Modifies paragraph 14 to clarify that the exemption applies to "any person other than a licensed contractor" engaging in work under $1,000, establishing that licensed contractors cannot use this exemption.

Makes technical corrections to paragraph 9 changing language from "the sale or installation of" to "a person who sells or installs" finished products that are not permanent parts of structures.

Clarifies fire safety maintenance exemptions to specify that routine work by apartment or condominium employees that is incidental to fire safety equipment is not subject to licensing requirements.
