Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-226 regarding nonpartisan elections and election procedures.

Requires nonpartisan elections to be called no later than 120 days before the election date.

Changes the definition of "nonpartisan" to apply only to elections held by special districts established under title 48 that are not held concurrently with the general election.

Makes a technical correction by replacing "chapter" with "article" in the statutory reference.
