Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1238 regarding the issuance of restricted permits in dentistry.

Changes the expiration date language from "June 30th" to "June 30" for restricted permits issued by the board.

Clarifies that the board, pursuant to rules not inconsistent with the chapter, may renew a restricted permit for periods not exceeding one year.

Removes redundant language regarding "in its discretion and" and "or regulations" to streamline the statutory text.

Restricted permits continue to be issued without examination or fee for periods not exceeding one year or until the specified expiration date, whichever occurs first.
