Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-2201 to make a technical correction replacing references to "the effective date of this chapter" with the specific date "August 12, 2005."

Clarifies that the timeshare owner's association and management act applies to all timeshare plans, timeshare property, and associations established on or after August 12, 2005.

Extends applicability to timeshare plans, property, and associations established before August 12, 2005, unless the timeshare instrument provides otherwise.

Establishes that this chapter governs over other statutes (titles 32 and other laws) in cases of conflict regarding operation and management of timeshare plans, property, or associations in Arizona.
